What size should I get?
Most of our exchanges are from customers whose jerseys were too small compared to what they were used it. We recommend you order one size larger in Podium clothing than you would in Hincapie, Giordana, Pearl Izumi, or Louis Garneau. If you are not familiar with any cycling clothing manufacturers, we recommend you order two sizes smaller than you would in a normal T-shirt. If you’re in doubt, go for a larger size. When you try it on, leave the tags on. We do accept exchanges for all items excluding custom jerseys.
When will my jersey show up?
Share the Damn Road uses USPS Priority shipping, for fast, reliable delivery. Most jerseys will arrive in the continental US within 10 business days. We do offer rush shipping if you need your items faster.
What type of fabric do you use?
Podium Cycling use a traditional Coolmax Fabric (a standard in cycling jerseys and athletic clothing), for great breathability and moisture-wicking. Our jerseys are machine washable and dryable. We do not recommend using bleach with our jerseys.
We use a medium-weight Coolmax. It’s light for hot weather, but heavy enough to use as an outer-layer in colder weather. If you have other cycling jerseys at home, chances are, there’s a high probability that this is the same material you’re used to.
The texture of the jersey is smooth and soft, not waffled or perforated like lower-quality manufacturers you might have tried, which are uncomfortable and difficult to keep clean.
How long will my custom jersey take?
Custom jerseys usually take about 4 weeks to arrive. We realize that’s super slow, and that’s the reason that we’re the only place you can get a one-of-a-kind custom cycling jersey. Why does it take so long?
When the order is placed, it goes to our artist, who has to put the text into the design for each one (our artist is paid per design). From there, it’s sent to the manufacturer (that’s when we pay for it), who has to lay out each design to be printed on a giant piece of cloth, cut into panels, and finally sewn up, labeled by item number, and sent to us (one batch every two weeks). The manufacturer charges us extra for these, because they hate dealing with the one-of-a-kind designs. Finally, we send it to you, USPS Priority Mail. We promise that your one-of-a-kind jersey will be worth the wait.
If you’re worried that your gift will be late, we will gladly provide a design sheet, which customers print out as an “I owe you” along with your card.
I ordered a Woman's Large but got a Men's Medium
Our jerseys are unisex club cut. That means that men's and woman's cuts are the same. So your women's jersey will be the same cut as men's but one size smaller.
What’s the status of my order?
We have been experiencing technical difficulties with our “order status” information when you login to the site. If you ordered a stock jersey with standard shipping, it should arrive within ten days. If you ordered a custom jersey, those take about four weeks to arrive.
Do you accept returns?
We do accept returns on non-custom merchandise with tags intact, within 30 days of shipment. Send your item back to:

Can I return or cancel my custom jersey?
Custom jerseys have to be designed individually by our artists (who are paid by for each design), and we pay a premium to the manufacturers to make one-of-a-kind jerseys, as they have to do individual layouts and designs as well. Further, we cannot resell these jerseys, so we cannot accept returns.
Do you offer group discounts?
Yes, we can offer discounts for orders of 12 or more jerseys with the same slogan and color (including custom slogans). Do you sell to bike shops?
Yes, we offer wholesale pricing to bike shops with orders of 20 or more jerseys (any slogans and colors). Use the contact form above to tell us what you’re looking for, and we will contact you with pricing information. Expect 6 weeks delivery for custom slogans, 1 week for in-stock jerseys.
Do you make full custom jerseys?
For orders of 20 or more jerseys, we can add your text, images, etc. to our custom slogan jerseys (removing our own text and logos) to make any design you’d like, at a wholesale rate.
